Carnarvon Ball Club will hold it's Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 7 pm at the Windsor Park Pavilion. 

At the meeting we will be approving our Constitution and Bylaws to comply with the new Societies Act as well as electing a new Board of Directors. A number of positions are vacant. 

We will be saying goodbye to Maureen Cain who has served on the Board for the past four years, first as Director of Sponsorship and more recently as Secretary.  Maureen will continue as Baseball Uniform Coordinator. 

We will also be saying goodbye to Anissa Paulsen who is stepping down as Vice President of Junior Baseball. Anissa was instrumental in getting our volunteer program up and running this year. 

Both of them will be available to ensure a smooth transition for their replacements. Thank you ladies for your hard work. 

The meeting will be followed by a social hour to honour our volunteers. We invite you to join us for refreshments and draw prizes. Everyone is welcome.
